Biography

  • Strategy and Transformation professional with more than 10 years of experience across government and private-sector organizations, covering strategy execution, change management, project management, organizational and digital transformation, and engineering delivery. He has led and contributed to large-scale transformation initiatives including digital transformation, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) establishment, and cash-to-accrual accounting transformation. His expertise includes stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessment, change adoption using Prosci and ADKAR methodologies, as well as Power BI, SWOT analysis, and KPI frameworks to support executive decision-making and organizational performance.
