Electric Vehicle Technologies Association Announces the Formation of its Governance Committee

The Electric Vehicle Technologies Association (AEVTSA) has announced the formation of its Governance Committee as part of its efforts to strengthen governance, transparency, institutional performance, and organizational sustainability. The Committee brings together professionals and academics with diverse expertise in governance, management, strategic planning, engineering, project management, and quality, supporting the Association’s efforts to develop effective institutional and organizational practices. The Governance Committee consists of: Dr. Saad Ali Basaad – Chairman of the Governance Committee. Dr. Alhussin Abu Diyah – Vice Chairman of the Governance Committee. Dr. Badr Lami – Governance Committee Member. Dr. Alaa Masrahi – Governance Committee Member. Eng. Abdulrahman Alanazi – Governance Committee Member. The Committee will contribute to strengthening institutional governance practices, developing and reviewing policies, regulations, and organizational procedures, enhancing transparency, accountability, and compliance, and supporting clear roles and responsibilities in accordance with the regulations governing the Association. The formation of the Governance Committee represents an important step toward establishing an integrated institutional framework that enhances organizational maturity, supports effective decision-making, and promotes sustainable management practices. Through the Committee, AEVTSA aims to leverage the diverse expertise of its members to strengthen governance, enhance institutional efficiency, and establish a sustainable operating model that supports the Association’s future growth, programs, and initiatives.
