The Electric Vehicle Technologies Association (AEVTSA) participated in the “Mazeej” Institutional Capacity Building Program for Emerging Nonprofit Organizations, as part of the Ministry of Energy’s efforts to empower nonprofit organizations operating within the energy sector and strengthen their institutional and organizational readiness. During the program, the Association worked on several key areas related to institutional development, including the development and discussion of its strategic and operational plans, review of its organizational framework and bylaws, and enhancement of governance policies and internal procedures. The program also addressed several areas supporting the Association’s growth and sustainability, including financial resource development, partnership building, organizational capacity development, organizational structure and job descriptions, volunteer engagement, and Board capacity building. AEVTSA’s participation reflects its commitment to strengthening its institutional foundation and enhancing its ability to develop and implement specialized initiatives and programs in electric vehicle technologies and related infrastructure, supporting its role within Saudi Arabia’s energy ecosystem. The Association extends its appreciation to the Ministry of Energy and the Mazeej Program team for their efforts in supporting and empowering emerging nonprofit organizations and for providing practical tools and workshops that contribute to institutional excellence and sustainability.
