AEVTSA Opens Applications for the Executive Director Position

The Electric Vehicle Technologies Association (AEVTSA) has announced the opening of applications for the position of Executive Director, as part of its efforts to attract qualified leadership talent and strengthen its institutional and executive capabilities. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the Association’s executive operations in accordance with approved regulations and policies, implementing strategic and operational plans, overseeing institutional performance, developing specialized initiatives and projects in the electric vehicle sector, building partnerships with government, private, and nonprofit organizations, and representing the Association before relevant stakeholders when required. Applicants are required to hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, management, energy, or a related field, with a minimum of seven years of professional experience. Experience in leadership, executive management, business development, or project management is also required. Candidates should demonstrate strong capabilities in strategic planning and institutional execution, as well as excellent communication, partnership-building, and team management skills. Knowledge of the nonprofit sector and institutional governance is considered an advantage, while experience or interest in electric vehicles or the energy sector is an additional asset. This recruitment initiative supports AEVTSA’s efforts to establish a strong executive structure capable of leading its next stage of development, expanding its programs and partnerships, and strengthening the Association’s contribution to the electric vehicle technologies sector in Saudi Arabia.
