Professional General Assembly Membership

About this membership

A statutory membership for individuals who meet the membership requirements set forth in the bylaws of the Electric Vehicle Technologies Association. Upon approval and fulfillment of the applicable requirements, members may participate in the General Assembly and exercise the rights granted to their membership category, including attendance, participation in discussions, and voting in accordance with the bylaws and applicable regulations. Right to attend General Assembly meetings following the acceptance of membership, fulfillment of the statutory duration requirement, and official registration with the Center. Participation in General Assembly discussions Participating in discussions in accordance with the regulations and after membership has been officially activated. Right to vote in the General Assembly The right to vote upon meeting membership requirements, paying the subscription fee, and officially registering the membership with the Center, provided the member is neither an employee of nor under contract with the Association. Right to run for the Board of Directors Eligibility to run for office after meeting the candidacy requirements set forth in the regulations, completing the required duration, and having candidacy procedures approved.

Terms and conditions

A membership application is submitted for the Association’s review to verify compliance with the requirements set forth in the bylaws; this process entails registering on the platform, submitting the application, and completing the necessary procedures to obtain membership in the trade association. Rights regarding attendance and voting commence upon approval by the Board of Directors, fulfillment of all regulatory requirements, payment of the membership fee, and registration of the membership with the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development. The member is obligated to maintain the validity of their membership and fulfill all prescribed obligations.
