An institutional membership designed for companies, organizations, universities, research centers, and entities operating in or connected to electric vehicles, energy, batteries, charging systems, and related technologies. It provides access to institutional and professional benefits, networking opportunities, and potential collaboration in joint projects, studies, programs, and initiatives, subject to applicable policies and agreements. Institutional membership does not by itself grant General Assembly membership, voting rights, or eligibility for Board candidacy.

Institutional membership does not constitute a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement of the organization, its products, or services, nor does it grant General Assembly rights.
