Biography
- Dr. Saad Ali Omar Basaad holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, with specialization in leadership and organizational behavior. He has over 13 years of professional and academic experience spanning higher education, management and strategic consulting, governance, quality, and institutional development. He currently serves as Vice Dean of Admission and Registration, Assistant Professor, and Quality Coordinator at the University of Business and Technology, and also serves as a Strategic Consultant with Monsha’at. His professional contributions include academic research, peer reviewing, consulting, and professional training in leadership, organizational behavior, and management.
