Biography
- Dr. Naif Albagami is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Electrical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, Majmaah University. He holds a PhD in Power and Energy Systems from the University of Edinburgh, an MS in Power and Energy Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University. His research interests include power and energy systems, smart grids, energy efficiency, renewable resource assessment, grid integration of renewable energy, electronics, and communications. He also leads several academic committees and task forces related to accreditation, renewable energy programs, technical diplomas, and national initiatives in space and semiconductor technologies.
